What is a Dashboard Subscription?
A Dashboard subscription allows you to send and receive regular updates from a dashboard via email by specifying certain users.
Dashboard subscriptions are a great way to keep you and your team up to date on the data that matters most. You can subscribe yourself, any user that is part of your license and any Searchmetrics registered email address with which the Dashboard has previously been shared.
Note that only users that are invited to your license will be able to edit the Dashboard subscription. Users with whom the Dashboard was shared can view and interact with the Dashboard itself, can unsubscribe themselves, but can't edit it or change the subscription.
How to subscribe to a Dashboard
A dashboard subscription can only be set up within the account in which the dashboard was created.
Dashboards can be subscribed to from the Analytics' Dashboards Overview page.
Once the Subscribe button is clicked, a pop-up will appear.
Here, we can type the e-mail addresses of the users that we would like to subscribe to the dashboard. Users within the current account as well as Searchmetrics users that the dashboard has previously been shared with can be chosen from a dropdown and searched for based on name or e-mail address.
You can chose how frequently you want updates:

Daily: The user(s) listed in the receiving user(s) list will receive daily Updates for the Dashboard.

Weekly: The user(s) listed in the receiving user(s) list will receive weekly Updates for the Dashboard.

Monthly: The user(s) listed in the receiving user(s) list will receive monthly Updates for the Dashboard.
When attempting to subscribe an email address that is not a registered user of Searchmetrics:
- no dashboard subscription will take place
- no notification e-mail will be sent out
If you need to add an additional user to your account, please contact your dedicated CSM.
Once you click the Send button:

If the subscription was successful:

a success notification appears, signaling that the dashboard has been subscribed to the users specified

- then an e-mail with below format is sent to the recipient(s). The language of the e-mail is determined by the Suite language settings of the receiver.
How to unsubscribe user(s) from a Dashboard:
Dashboards can be unsubscribed from the Analytics' Dashboards Overview page.
Once the Edit subscription button is clicked, a pop-up will appear. If you want to unsubscribe user(s), simply remove the user(s) from the Receiving user(s) list. Note that only users that are invited to your license will be able to unsubscribe other user(s). Users with whom the Dashboard was shared can only remove themselves from the subscription.
- If unsubscribing was successful:
- a success notification appears signaling that the dashboard subscription was edited successfully.

How to change the subscription frequency
The Dashboards subscription frequency can be changed from the Analytics' Dashboards Overview page.
Once the Edit subscription button is clicked, a pop-up will appear. If you want to change the subscription frequency, simply choose a different frequency at the top of the pop-up and click SAVE.
- If changing the subscription frequency was successful:
- a success notification appears signaling that the dashboard subscription was edited successfully.

How to delete a subscription
A Dashboards subscription can be deleted from the Analytics' Dashboards Overview page.
Once the Edit subscription button is clicked, a pop-up will appear. If you want to delete the subscription, click on DELETE SUBSCRIPTION on the bottom left of the pop-up. Please note this option will delete the subscription entirely. The users listed in the Receiving user(s) list, will no longer receive updates on the Dashboard. If you intend to only remove specific user(s) from the subscription, please refer to the How to unsubscribe user(s) from a Dashboard section above.
