Important announcement
With a number of changes that have been made since the launch of suite 7, it is now possible to track your content performance directly in Search Experience.
With that, we will be retiring the Content Analytics section of Content Experience.
Any navigation to Content Analytics within the suite will be removed.
Here’s what will happen:
-
Any brief keywords that were tracked in Content Analytics have been exported
-
If you haven’t already added tracked keywords from your content briefs to your projects in Search Experience, your dedicated CSM can help with this.
-
We will refund any credits for duplicate keywords that are already being tracked in your projects.
Please note:
Adding new keywords to the keyword set for your projects changes the SEO visibility in the project.
If you aren’t already tracking your brief keywords in the project area too, we recommend creating separate keyword tags for your brief keywords and your existing project keywords.
Here's how you can track your content in Search Experience:
To track the performance of individual content:
Just like in Content Analytics, you can view how individual content pieces are performing overall, based on your selected keyword set.
-
Navigate to Search experience > URL performance > Overview
-
Filter the URL Performance chart by your specific content URL
-
View all metrics such as :
-
Position
-
Position Trend
-
Traffic Index
-
Search Volume
-
CPC
-
-
Clicking a URL in the table will take you to the "URL details" section, where you can view metrics on a granular keyword level, including keyword position history.
Analyze the performance of all content briefs:
Just like in Content Analytics, you can analyze how all your content pieces are performing as a whole, based on your selected keyword set.
-
Navigate to Search Experience >Keyword Performance > Overview
-
Select your URL tag containing your content URLs and your specific keyword tags if needed
-
View your content SEO visibility and content market share
