To cancel your Searchmetrics contract, please write a cancellation (also possible in digital form) and attach the signature of the company. Then send this to your personal Client Success Manager or Customer Support.
If the contract to be cancelled concerns one of our limited products purchased and paid in the online shop, you can also send your cancellation directly to shop@searchmetrics.com.
