If your project data is not evaluated and Search Experience subpages remain white, this can have several explanations, which are listed below.
If none of the above causes solve your problem, please contact your CSM or the support.
1. New project?
If you have just created a new project, it can take up to 24 hours before data is displayed.
2. Have you applied changes?
Please note that the "Apply changes" button must be clicked after each change in the Keyword Manager so that the data can be correctly entered and evaluated. This is located in the bottom right corner (see screenshot).
3. Wrong project domain?
To track all URLs of a certain domain, we strongly recommend using the root domain (domain.com) without adding any subdomains (www., blog., shop., etc.). If the subdomains are to be evaluated additionally, they can be added to the project as benchmarks.
