There are several ways to contact the support:
1. Submit a request via our request form
2. Submit a request via the feedback button in the Searchmetrics Suite
3. Submit a request via our answer bot
In the Help Center, there is a small "Help" button in the bottom right corner of every page. There you will find our Answer Bot, which will support you with your requests or questions.

Just click on "Help" and then type in your request (whole sentences or just keywords).
If even this does not lead to success, you can use this field to contact our support team directly, who will be happy to assist you with all your concerns.
