The Searchmetrics Suite follows a simple scheme. Everything you need can be found quickly and in just a few clicks. Basically, the surface is divided into three different areas:
Page Header
The top panel offers the following options:
- Switching between sublicenses and projects
- Leave feedback or report bugs, contact our support team
- Switch to the Help Center
- Quick Profile Options
Switching between sublicenses and projects
Click this dropdown field to navigate to another project. The Search Experience, the Content Experience, and the Site Experience are associated with the project. If you are on a subpage of these modules, it will change according to the selected project.
Leave feedback or report bugs
You can use the "Feedback" button to contact our customer support team at any time. Direct contact with our developers can help you with any problems or concerns. It is very helpful to report feedback or issues in this way directly from the Searchmetrics Suite, as you can quickly identify which page the post was generated on. Once created, you should be notified of updates by email.
Help Center
Click the question mark icon to go to the Help Center. Here you will find many instructions, videos, and answers to questions.
Profile Options
Click on the little man icon to change the language, to navigate to the settings or to log out.
Left Menu Bar
On the left there is a menu bar where you can switch between all modules, exports and settings.
You can switch between the individual modules at the top of the menu bar.
First, click the icon on the left to view the pages of the corresponding module. Many of the displayed pages have additional subpages. One more click takes you to the corresponding subpage.
In this example, we first open the Research Cloud and then the Organic Search > Organic Rankings area.
At the bottom of the menu bar you will find all the exports in the upper field and settings in the bottom icon. You can find all the information about the settings here.
Analysis area
The data displayed in this area depends on which module you are currently in. We recommend the following article for general use of Searchmetrics Suite elements: Working with Elements.
Analysis area in the Search Experience
Each Search Experience subpage has a bar at the top where you can make various settings to be able to analyze subareas. For example, all domains of the benchmarks added to the project can be analyzed. The analysis can also be broken down into the different search engines stored in the project (see Project Management: Search engines selection) and/or tags (see Project Management: Adding tags). In addition, here you can select a specific period for which the data should be evaluated.
Analysis area in the Research Cloud
Each Research Cloud subpage has several data analysis options. The domain under study, as well as the country, can be changed at any time in the input bar in the page header. In addition, mobile data can also be evaluated for each subpage. All you have to do is click the "Switch to mobile" button.
In addition, the domain researched in the Research Cloud can be compared to another one. To do this, click the "Compare Domain" button and then select from the competitors offered by the Suite, or enter the domain of a competitor with which you want to compare your domain.
