It is not always easy to understand all elements at first sight. But of course nobody is left alone with this. The Searchmetrics Suite offers several ways to get help.
Short explanations are located above each element behind the question marks. With a click a short text appears which briefly explains the respective element.

But often questions go beyond that. Please feel free to use our Help Center, which contains many helpful videos, workflows and step-by-step instructions. This can be accessed via the Searchmetrics Suite simply by clicking on the question mark icon in the menu bar above.
However, some topics and questions are too complex. So if the Help Center does not help to answer your questions either, your personal CSM as well as our support team will be happy to assist you.
Answer Bot
In the Help Center, there is a small "Help" button in the bottom right corner of every page. There you will find our Answer Bot, which will support you with your requests or questions.
Just click on "Help" and then type in your request (whole sentences or just keywords).
If even this does not lead to success, you can use this field to contact our support team directly, who will be happy to assist you with all your concerns. To do so, click on "Get in touch" and fill out the following template. A support employee will contact you as soon as possible. Of course you can also contact your personal CSM. |
