3. Content Editor
The assigned person is notified by email and can start writing immediately - whether in the Content Editor itself or with the add-in for Microsoft Word. With the "sticky toolbar" and the character count, the Content Editor makes it especially easy for the copywriter. Another advantage: Title and Meta Descriptions have their own separate fields.
In real time, the Content Editor evaluates the text for complete coverage and shows the continuous progress with the Content Score. This ensures that the copywriter writes what the user is looking for. You can check whether your text is 100% unique with the Duplicate Checker.
Thanks to the visible comment section and Version History, you can manage communication throughout the entire text production. When the copywriter is finished, he or she assigns the text to you or the named editor and changes the status accordingly. If the editor accepts the text, he sets the status to "Published" and assigns it to you.
